What Does Each City Have to Offer?

Even though it is growing fast, Kuna is still a small city with a population of only 25,000, and still gives you that country-living atmosphere being conveniently located only 20 miles southeast of Boise. Kuna has been referred to as the hidden gem of Treasure Valley and boasts that, “growth happens, but simple still exists.” Caldwell is slightly larger with a population consisting of 62,000 people, and is situated about 25 miles west of Boise. It is the home to both the College of Idaho and the Treasure Valley Community College, and prides itself on its abundance of parks available to the community.

If you enjoy the hustle and bustle bigger cities have to offer, then Meridian, Nampa, or Boise would be great fits. Nampa itself has a population of over 100,000, and is only 20 miles west of Boise. It is the home of both Northwest Nazarene University, and prides itself on the successful food processing, agricultural, and manufacturing industries. Meridian is even larger with a population of 126,000 and even closer, being only 10 miles east of Boise. It is incredibly family-friendly as home to Wahooz Family Fun Zone, Settler’s Park, and the Warhawk Air Museum, as well as the Village shopping center.

Boise itself offers multiple higher education opportunities, being the home to Boise State University, Boise Bible College, and an extension of University of Idaho. Downtown Boise is thriving with multiple options for dining, shopping, and lodging. The Boise airport gives locals convenient travel options, and the Treasure Valley Public Transportation helps residents to commute locally.
