I love Rooftops accounting system, it is easy to understand and at the end of the year the
“end of the year” accounting makes it simple for tax time. I do not have to worry about
my 2 properties with Rooftop managing them.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Rooftop Real Estate Management since I purchased our properties three years ago. Since I am an out of state owner I needed a reputable, trustworthy company to manage my properties. I found that In Angie and Chandlers company. They have always attended to my concerns and kept the units occupied with excellent tenants. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a management company.

The Rooftop team is terrific. I had a problem with several stackable washer/dryer units in some of my buildings. Rather than continue paying for costly repairs Rooftop was able to find some new replacement units that were only slightly more costly than the repairs and have a much better track record for reliability. It appreciated their creativity in helping find a better long term fix.

Chandler and Angie Daw of Rooftop Rentals have managed our four-plex in Idaho Falls since we purchased the property new in 2006.
They have always been professional, courteous and alert to how we might best maximize our occupancy rate. When an initial construction problem showed up in several units of the project, they took it upon themselves on behalf of the owners, to take on the sub-contractor for damages and won for us in court. I call that service.
